Please keep in mind when ordering hair offered from the Posh Collection that hair is in its raw, unprocessed, healthy, pure form. This product is subject to variations in characteristics attributable to the original donor. This means that there is no guarantee to exact wave patterns whether slight, loose or deep; level of frizz or flyaways, coarseness, and/or any other unique characteristic of raw hair. Natural straight patterns may come with a slight wave.

All sales are FINAL. Please read all product descriptions and the care guide carefully prior to purchase. Bella Pella Boutique does not offer returns/refunds for any reason. Wefted hair may be exchanged only under the following circumstances:
  • Bella Pella Boutique is contacted within 3 days of you receiving the product.
  • There is a physical or mechanical defect in the product or its construction, not related to natural characteristics of the hair itself.
  • Bundles must be intact and has not been unravelled/untied/wefts have not been separated or undone. All original tags and markers remain in place. Items determined to be cut, styled, damaged, processed, wefts tampered, or otherwise adulterated will be refused, and will NOT be eligible for exchange.
  • There must be no physical or chemical processing of any kind.
  • Wefted hair bundles may only be exchanged for item(s) of equal value. If you exchange for an item(s) of greater value; you will be required to pay the difference for the higher priced item(s). If exchanging for item(s) of a lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the price difference. 
  • We will not send replacements based on pictures, or videos, or other images depicting an item in question. The item must be returned  to us for evaluation before a replacement is sent. We will provide you with a return address to ship the items in question, so that your item can be further evaluated. If the product is deemed by us to be appropriate for exchange, we will replace the items in question and ship the replacement to the customer free of charge. Bella Pella Boutique will honor your exchange ONLY if the items meet our requirements.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of items submitted for exchange or store credit. To protect your investment, we highly recommend using a courier that provides tracking information, and purchasing insurance; we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.
  • Bella Pella Boutique will gladly issue your choice of refund or exchange ONLY if a product was sent to you by us in error (wrong length, wrong origin, wrong product, etc).
  • Please note a 15% fee may be charged for exchanges of items totaling over $350. Bella Pella is not responsible for buyer's shipping cost.
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations that are requested after 24 hours of an order, a refund less 5% service charge will be issued.  This is to recover the fee we are charged to reverse your transaction. You may NOT cancel your order if any part or all of your order has been fulfilled (shipped). You may contact Bella Pella Boutique for store credit.
All wig sales are FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges. No exceptions.
At our sole discretion, Bella Pella Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund prior to its completion. Bella Pella Boutique also reserves the right to change or augment any or part of this policy without notice.
